Required documentation
Registering your boat in Poland is a straightforward process when you have the right documents at hand. To ensure a smooth registration experience, please prepare the following essential documents:
To register a boat required are:
- Proof of ownership, for example: purchase and sale agreement, invoice, bill of sale or notary statement
- De-registration document (If it is not first registration of the boat)
- Copy of ID or passport or in case a company is the owner – the company formation document
- Engine documents proving KW (If the engine has more than 20HP), for example: manufacturer manual
- Measurement document (If the vessel is over 45ft), for example: builders certificate, tonnage certificate, survey report or yacht manual etc.
- CE Certificate or Class Certificate (If vessel is not older than 10 years)
