    Required documentation

    Registering your boat in Poland is a straightforward process when you have the right documents at hand. To ensure a smooth registration experience, please prepare the following essential documents:

    To register boat required are:

    • Proof of ownership, for example: purchase and sale agreement, invoice, bill of sale or notary statement
    • De-registration document (if it is not first registration of the boat)
    • Copy of your ID or passport or in case a company is the owner: the company formation document
    • Engine documents proving KW (if the engine has more than 20 Horsepower), for example manufacturer manual 
    • Measurement document (If the vessel is over 45ft), for example builders certificate, tonnage certificate, survey report or yacht manual etc. 
    • CE Certificate or Class Certificate (If vessel is not older than 10 years)
