§ 1
Introductory provisions
1. This document describes policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of
Costumer’s information when Costumer uses the service and describes privacy rights and
how the law protects Costumer

by Karolina Mościcka operating under the business name Yacht Registration Poland entered

§ 2
Definitions and interpretation
1. Consumer – a person concluding a contract with the Service provider, within the Service, the
subject of which is not directly related to his business or professional activity. The individual
accessing or using the Service, or the Company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such
individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
2. Service Provider – any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the
Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to
facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services
related to the Service or to assist the Company in analysing how the Service is used.

Technical requirements
1. To use the Website, the following are necessary:
a. device with access to the Internet and a web browser
b. active e-mail account
c. enabled Cookies
§ 5
General information
1. The Service Provider, to the fullest extent permitted by law, shall not be liable for disruptions,
including interruptions in the functioning of the Website, caused by force majeure,
unauthorized actions of third parties or incompatibility of the Service with the Customer’s
technical infrastructure.
2. The prices given in the Website are given in Euro and are gross prices (including VAT).
3. The final amount to be paid by the Customer includes all: the price for the Service, delivery,
Sworn Translations, and other cost.

2. The Customer may use the following methods of delivery or collection of the Service

a. Payment by bank transfer to the Service Provider’s account

1. Gathering all documents required by Customer and emailing electronic copies to Service
Provider.
2. Processing request by Service Provider.
3. Payment by Customer.
4. Sending Service by global courier.
§ 8
Documentation Required for Service
1. To register boat made before 16th of June 1998 required are:
a. Proof of ownership, for example: purchase and sale agreement, invoice, bill of sale or
notary statement
b. De-registration document (if it is not first registration of Customer’s boat)
c. Copy of your ID or passport or in case a company is the owner: the company formation
document engine documents (if the engine has more than 20 Horsepower): engine type,
mounting method, power, mechanical engine type, engine manufacturer and number
d. one of the following measurement documents: builders’ certificate, tonnage certificate,
survey report or yacht manual etc. (if the vessel is over 15 metres)
e. sign and filled up in capital letters two pages of power of attorney: consent to be
represented in the Polish Registration Office (in Polish and English version which
Company will provide immediately after contacting)
2. To register boat made after 16th of June 1998 required are:
a. Proof of ownership, for example: purchase and sale agreement, invoice, bill of sale or

c. Copy of your ID or passport or in case a company is the owner: the company formation
document engine documents (if the engine has more than 20 Horsepower): engine type,
mounting method, power, mechanical engine type, engine manufacturer and number
d. one of the following measurement documents: builders’ certificate, tonnage certificate,
survey report or yacht manual etc. (if the vessel is over 45ft)
e. CE Certificate or Class Certificate (photo of plate)
f. WIN/HIN/CIN number (photo)
g. sign and filled up in capital letters two pages of power of attorney: consent to be
represented in the Polish Registration Office (in Polish and English version which
Company will provide immediately after contacting)

Collecting and using Consumer’s Data
1. Type of data collected:
a. Usage Data – collected automatically when using the Website. Usage Data may include
information such as Costumer Device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type,
browser version, the pages of our Website that Costumer visit, the time and date of Costumer visit, the
time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. When Costumer access
the Website by or through a mobile device, Company may collect certain information automatically,
including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device Costumer use, Costumer’s mobile device unique
ID, the IP address of Costumer’s mobile device, mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet
browser used, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. Company may also collect
information that Costumer’sr browser sends whenever Costumer visit Website or when Costumer access
the Website by or through a mobile device.
b. Tracking Technologies and Cookies – Company use Cookies and similar tracking
technologies to track the activity on Website. The technologies used may include: Cookies or Browser
Cookies, Flash Cookies, Web Beacons.
c. Personal Data – While using Our Service, Company may ask Costumer to provide
certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify Consumer. Personally
identifiable information may include, but is not limited to: Email address, First name and last name,
Phone numer, Address, State, Province, ZIP/Postal code, City. The Company may use Personal Data
for the following purposes:
• For the performance of a Service – the development, compliance and undertaking of
the purchase contract for the products, items or services Costumer have purchased or
of any other contract with Company through the Website
• To contact Costume – To contact Costumer by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other
equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application’s push
notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the
functionalities, products or contracted services, including the security updates, when
necessary or reasonable for their implementation.
• To manage Costumer requests – attend and manage Costumer requests to Company
• For business transfers – Company may use Costumer’s information to evaluate or
conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or
transfer of some or all of Our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of
bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Data held by
Company about our Website users is among the assets transferred.
• For other purposes – Company may use Costumer’s information for other purposes,
such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our
promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve Website, products, services,
marketing
2. The administrator of Customers’ personal data collected via the Website is the Service Provider.
3. The recipients of the personal data of the Service Customers may be:
a. Polish registration office – https://portal.reja24.gov.pl/
b. In the case of a Customer who uses the Website with the method of delivery by post or
courier, the Administrator provides the Customer’s collected personal data to the
selected carrier or intermediary performing the shipment at the request of the
Administrator.
c. In the case of a Customer who uses electronic payments or a payment card in the Online
Store, the Administrator provides the Customer’s collected personal data to the selected
entity servicing the above payments.
4. The customer has the right to access their data and correct them.
5. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide the personal data indicated in
the Regulations necessary to conclude the Service results in the inability to conclude this
contract.
