Our range of services also includes deregistering yachts from the Polish registry if the client wishes to discontinue their Polish registration certificate in case of selling the vessel to a new owner who wants to register it in their name, decommissioning the vessel and no longer needing it registered or transferring the vessel to a new location where registration is not required.
Yacht Registration Poland also offers services related to obtaining necessary in many countries MMSI number which is valid for 10 years. The license allows to use the following equipment: VHF Radio, Radar, AIS, EPIRB and radar transponder.
Yacht Registration Poland can also provide service for clients who want to charter Polish registered yacht. It is possible but there are some law requirements. A commercial yacht must pass a technical inspection by Zespół Techniczny Polskiego Związku Żeglarskiego (if length or yacht is under 49,21ft) or Polski Rejestr Statków (if length or yacht is over 49,21ft) to get Karta Bezpieczeństwa Jachtu Morskiego – Yacht Safety Certificate.
