After purchasing a yacht registered in Poland, it is necessary to update the owner’s details in the register. The process of changing ownership in the Registration Certificate is straightforward and allows you to complete formalities online. The outdated Registration Card must be returned and cancelled before a new document can be issued. The updated Registration Certificate will be provided once the change of ownership has been processed in the register. The updated registration document will be delivered to you via courier.
